Gokyo – Chola Pass & Everest Base Camp trekking is one of the most adventurous treks in the Everest region. You will follow the trekking trail through Lukla, Phakding, Namche bazaar and all the way to Gokyo, Cho La Pass, Kalapattar and ultimately reach to Everest Base Camp.

You will walk for almost two weeks past beautiful Sherpa villages, cross suspension bridges over roaring rivers, visit the colorful monasteries and keep on going until you step into the Everest Base Camp .From Gokyo Peak you will enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt. Everest including several other Himalayan peaks .At Tengboche you will explore the ancient Buddhist monastery and Sherpa village at the highest elevations.

Note: The flight in Lukla depends upon weather condition. In March, April, May, September, October November the weather remains clear and flights to Lukla operate on regular schedule. However, no one can predict the weather of the Everest region so it is suggested to have at least 1 day extra in Kathmandu in case weather gets bad and cannot arrive in Kathmandu as you planned.
